NOTICE
This whole web site is protected by international copyright laws. You probably already know that. What you may not know is that while it's kinda cool that you can look at the "Source Code" of web pages, which is perfectly legal, it is ENTIRELY ILLEGAL TO COPY THAT CODE. Looking is fine, copying is illegal. Naturally, copying anything else besides "code" is also illegal. That includes graphics, articles, and in some cases, "original concepts", an "original look" of a site or one of its features, and even names or titles of sites or sections of sites. There are ways of finding out if anybody has used our code, graphics, and so on, and if so, where exactly it is being used. We check regularly. If YOU have seen something of ours at another web site, or something that looks like our ideas, LET US KNOW PLEASE, so we can follow-up on it. We really appreciate the tips we've received in the past. We don't steal code from anybody, nor ideas, nor graphics, nor anything else. What we have used at our web site was created entirely by us, by people working for us, or was purchased by us, or is used by permission, or is believed to be in the public domain. Should we be using something that you feel you own, let us know about it HERE. We take very seriously the threat of anyone using our skills, the time and money we have spent, the concepts we have developed, or the income potential of our work to their advantage. We take it personally, and actively pursue those who offend us in this way. We constantly scour the web for copy-cat web sites, and take swift and immediate action against them wherever possible. Unique concepts, graphics, "looks", names, and so on, are hard to come by, and they are worth fighting to protect. The best, easiest and fairest thing to do is to simply think of your own ideas, put in the hard work yourself, and don't steal from others. Copyright violations are no different than stealing money. If there is something in our web site that you would really like to "borrow", whether it's a graphic or an article or a concept, let us know. We can be pretty accommodating. Thanks. |
